Perform application administration and testing of mid-sized projects, which would include necessary additions or updates to templates, kits and processes used by the business in LHI's internal business system (MedNet). Understand all frequently used MedNet configuration and underlying business logic in order to triage issues and provide feedback / assistance to Configuration Analysts on setup projects. Develop skills as a SME in being the liaison between Systems/Business Analysts and Developers in On-Call triaging of issues and to triage complex configuration issues and consult in and coordinate large configuration efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Monitor Backlog of setup and configuration items and implement approved configuration changes as per documented requirements
* Provide day-to-day customer / user support to LHI MedNet user groups via MedNetHelp support email box
* Provide On-Call MedNet support on designated weekends as needed
* Develop, coordinate and lead group efforts for process changes as well as solutions/fixes to issues prior to software resolution
* Design testing scenarios to identify and confirm theories to issues identified by the team or users
* Create solutions with tools used to enhance process where the MedNet does not allow for the most efficient solution (AHK/Pega/DU)
* Monitor systems within operational programs (audio files, c-files, process servers, data exchange, SFTP transfers)
* Apply knowledge of MedNet and processes to serve as MedNetHelp First Level Triage and gain additional knowledge in being MedNetHelp Second Level Triage
* Assist Business Analyst with Operational BA/OA Teams (BOAT) as backup and implement work needed to improve processes and functions with departments
* Use and develop SQL knowledge to gather data, analyze and provide results to interested parties to assist in making business decisions
* Apply abilities for independent work to drive and implement advanced configuration projects
* Build project plans and write business requirements for small to medium sized configuration projects

Required Qualifications:

* High School/GED
* 6+ months of experience working in a Systems / Business Analyst or similar role
* Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
* Experience understanding complex business processes that cross many functional and operational units
* Experience understanding complex concepts of software setup, configuration, and customization especially the relationships between database tables
* Experience with Structured Query Language, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases
* Experience in a corporate environment with applications relying on large databases
* Experience performing advanced application setup tasks with guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other major with MIS emphasis combined with previous work experience, military experience, or project experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail is essential as are good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Understanding of complex database structures and relationships (tables, joins, key fields)
* Advanced experience with Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, Power Query)
* Experience in configuration of system applications
* National Career Readiness Certificate

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly wage for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
