This position manages various clients and will be very focused on implementation of new business, it will also include, data file management, escalated issue resolution, act as specialty pharmacy SME, consultative services for clients and internal partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manages client implementation and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
* Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts
* Builds relationships with health plan, employer / group clients (not individual members)
* Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs
* May travels to client site or OptumRx service centers to provide consultative services and recommendations (less than 10%)
* Analyzes reports to determine client trends, recommendations, and implements programs appropriate for the client
* Works with other departments to develop operational solutions and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
* 3+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management or Healthcare Account Management experience
* 1+ years of experience working in a client service or client implementation role
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting and analyzing data)
* Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and updating presentations)
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Telecommuting Requirements:

* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
* Project Management experience (implementation)
* Experience presenting to clients
* Online reporting database experience
* Access Database experience

Soft Skills:

* Presentation experience (internal or external)
* Ability to multitask to resolution / completion
* Ability to work cross functionality
* Ability to problem solve / formulate solutions from experience or research

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
