The Digital Experience Manager - Health & Wellness Personalization will align the product vision, strategy and development across several business stakeholders. Coordinating digital feature priorities, technology solutions and user experience across a range of departments, technology partners, marketing and UXD teams. Influencing users to engage in their health will require the next level of personalization. Promoting health opportunities that are relevant, affordable and individual goal oriented will require a new approach - an approach we are excited to build together.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Guide strategic solution of Health & Wellness personalization experiences, enabling departments to govern (prioritize and personalize) recommendations relevant to each user
* Stakeholder client management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand priorities, define the roadmap to ensure delivery of business value and world class member experiences
* Synthesize business strategies and external customer needs to develop compelling and engaging products and user experiences
* Confident in ability to listen and build consensus across a large matrixed organization to handle user problems, achieve objectives and deliver results
* Define the product vision, goals (OKRs), benefits and then track KPI's to measure success/outcome
* Align product strategy, development roadmap, features and user stories while overseeing program execution
* Ability to simplify complex problems and issues in an easy-to-understand manner
* Ability to understand technical matters outside personal area of expertise, and synthesize for broad discussions
* Identify new features and functionality that delight users and drive member and business value
* Manage entire product lifecycle including defining requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing UAT and working with development partners to ensure a successful launch
* Manage the digital product roadmap, including refining and prioritizing tasks in the backlog, and acting as an evangelist among cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure buy-in of priorities
* Serve as the subject matter expert & primary presenter for your product and ensure that other teams and business users are getting the maximum value from your product

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or greater in computer science, design, business or equivalent work experience in leading digital products
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager developing web and/or mobile products
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Comfort with presentations, facilitating large group meetings, influencing decisions & outcomes with high emotional intelligence
* Record showcasing appropriate urgency and drive toward value delivery & stakeholder engagement
* Record of positivity, humility & collaboration
* Pragmatic Marketing Certified
* Proficient using Jira/VersionOne/Aha!
* Proficient in using the Adobe Analytics Suite, I-Perception and Tableau/Domo
* Experience in building digital products serving retail/ecommerce
* Technical understanding of web authorization frameworks, personalization, APIs and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud)
* Experience with clinical health data, hospital administration, medical records, or care management operations

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
