Job Title: Yard Truck Driver

Location: Three Springs Farm, Rose, OK

Schedule: 7.00 a.m. -3.00 p.m

Starting Wage: $16.90

Pay Increase at 1 Year: $ 17.60

Position Summary:

* This position is responsible for timely delivery of correct feed, sampling feed and maintaining adequate supplies of feed and propane. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Orders bulk feed from the mill Inspects feed for quality and submits feed samples to lab. Monitors lab results by accessing QAS database for delivery reediness (10%)
* Delivers correct and appropriate amounts of feed to designated bins on farm. (50%)
* Orders bulk propane and maintains adequate supply for farm distribution. Loads propane onto farm truck and maintains adequate supply in all farm tanks. (25%)
* Picks up unused feed with reclaim equipment, computer use, maintains inventory records, calculates usage amounts. Washes truck after use. Works with other crews during summer months when propane usage is lower. (10%)

Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements:

* The jobsite is a biosecure environment which requires showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry and body piercings covered by appropriate clothing. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.). Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

* Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. Drive Feed and Propane Truck. Will be required to climb a ladder, pull/push 50 pounds and lift up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand majority of shift (concrete floor); walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.
* Tools and Equipment:
* Environment: Required to work on wet, slippery surfaces and also in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Must ascend and descend from a height of approximately 30 while follow all safety requirements.
* Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety goggles, safety glasses, face shield, chemical gloves, insulated cryogenc gloves, waterproof apron, and company issued footwear are required. Ear plugs will be used as needed. NIOSH approved N95 particulate respirators will be worn as needed.
* Chemicals Commonly Used: Formaldehyde, Bleach, hand sanitizer, Synergize ,Viorcid, Lysol, Clorox wipes and lubricants.

Safety: Team member is expected to follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. These include but are not limited to Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, LOTO and Personal Protective Equipment. Team member is expected to identify, address and mitigate safety related risks
