Job Description

This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining product flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Load and operate Peeler Machine. Remove casing from vacuum hold tanks. Be able to check and document metal check systems attached to peeler machines. Visual inspection of product while performing duties. Capability of performing job with many repetitive movements. Trouble shoot machine when malfunction occurs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. As well as stacking boxes, operate the box machine and the weight scale. Work 10 hours shift, week ends and Holidays when necessary.

You must be willing to lift a minimum of 10lbs to a max of 65lbs. Need to work well with others. Must be willing to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout entire shift. Work in cold environment. Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed. Must be willing to do repetitive work 8 to 10 hours a day. Must be willing to follow all GMP rules and regulation as well as all of Tyson Foods policies and procedures.

Successful Candidate must have 6 months of continuous work history with 1 employer in the last 12 months from the date of your application.
