These positions start at $12.91/hr. with a shift increase for second shift. This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces raw and fully cooked meat products.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting, and calculating results accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
* Good problem identification and problem-solving skills, math, and organizational skills
* Ability to read and interpret product specifications
* Must possess basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
* Must be able and willing to stand/walk 8 to 12 hours a day on hard surfaces.
* Must be able and willing to crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally crawl.
* Must be able and willing to repetitively lift (occasionally overhead), push, pull, and carry 60 pounds individually and more with assistance.
* Must be able and willing to repetitively grasp, reach, pinch, and hold small, medium, and large sized objects repetitively.
* Must be able and willing to work in cold and/or hot, humid, wet, environments.
* Candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends.
* Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

EXTERNAL REQUIREMENTS:

* 6 months of work history with one employer in the past 12 months.
* Resume required
* Experience in the manufacturing industry or other QA type experience preferred.

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
