This position will be supporting the Patriot Application and Tactical Software department which supports the Patriot Missile program.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, debugging and fixing problems with the Patriot software applications, as well as supporting software integration and verification efforts.
* Our software applications are developed using C++ programming language running in a distributed fashion across a variety of computing platforms running Linux, UNIX or Windows operating systems.
* The software products are developed and delivered incrementally using agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing and continuous integration.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance within one year of employment.

This position can be considered a G07/G08.

Required:
* Minimum 2 years experience all phases of Software Engineering life cycle
* Experience with C++, and Linux or UNIX experience
* BS or BA degree in a STEM degree including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or related.
* US Citizenship Required.

Desired:
* Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing and continuous integration
* Radar domain knowledge
* Familiarity with the following Software Tools: Rational Rhapsody, ClearCase and Team Concert, Jenkins, DOORS, Google Test
* Strong Object-Oriented Design Knowledge including UML; Broad real-time, multi-threaded software development experience
* Six Sigma Specialist certification
* Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Software Engineering
