This is a multi-level position based on the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience, and requirements for this position. US Citizen Status is required as this this position will need a US Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

The Sr. Systems Integration Technologist II / Principal Systems Integration Technologist is responsible for evolving information systems through design and sustainment of critical Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) Digital Technologys (DT) Digital Business Infrastructure. The candidate will design and implement technical solutions that guide technology investments, create/improve standards, implement best practices, and sustain mission critical infrastructure with industry Service Integration & Management practices. As a member of the Factory Integration & Modernization group, you will continuously improve cybersecurity posture, compliance, and seamless uptime for complex and highly regulated environments.

The successful candidate will work across multiple RMD organizations including Digital Business Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Global Security Services, and Facilities to advance, deploy, and sustain compliant infrastructure that achieves strategic milestones. The candidate can expect to resolve complex DT issues in the Operational Technology (OT) development space from discovery to resolution to root cause and corrective action in evolving DT/OT integration architectures. This position also ensures hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to or define new organizational and security-based policies. The candidate will transparently perform work as an accountable member of our Digital Business Infrastructure team using Lean Agile principals, processes, and tools.

The Sr. Systems Integration Technologist II / Principal Systems Integration Technologist is responsible for, but not limited to:
* Designing and leading technical information systems design, implementation, and evolution with Factory Modernization & Innovation for new and existing DT/OT systems
* Developing and deploying new DT/OT solutions that satisfy governance, sustainment, and cybersecurity requirements on behalf of Digital Technology
* Designing sustainment services and processes that accompany new or improved Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) capabilities
* Collaborating with cross functional technical teams to enable, create, and support advancement of new and legacy DT/OT architectures
* Providing technical support, design input, and solution alternatives to Operations automation and software engineers utilizing DT hardware and software environments
* Install, configure, maintain, and inventory server and workstation systems including installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
* Install and configure security-relevant software and perform security-related compliance documentation for seamless integration with factory automation
* Demonstrate IT/OT systems for internal and external customer tours and presentations
* Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours

Minimum Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in a IT or a STEM or related technical field, in lieu of a IT or STEM degree 8 additional years of experience
* Minimum of 6 years IT systems analysis/integration/engineering experience
* Professional experience in two or more of the following areas: network design, Windows system administration, UNIX system administration, application packaging and scripting, data analysis, or installation and operation of factory IT equipment
* Experience and a passion for solving technical problems
* Experience with methodical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with web access controls, advanced authentication methods and virtualization technologies
* Experience with computer literacy - x86-based hardware and Microsoft operating systems
* Must be able to lift 15 pounds in support of hardware installations
* Must be USA Citizen, US Citizen Status is required as this this position will need a US Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

Highly Desired Skills:
* Solid interpersonal skills, ability to debate, dialogue, negotiate, influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively
* Ability to work independently, research and implement emerging architecture patterns, and make recommendations on IT security and compliance based decision-making
* Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field
* Working knowledge of cloud architectures across various types (private, public and hybrid), layers (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers such as AWS and/or Azure
* Mastery of computing/networking fundamentals including TCPIP, DNS/DHCP, AD/GPO, WLAN, VPN
* Technical experience supporting computing assets in engineering and/or factory floor environments
* Experience with the Raytheon IRAMP (Information Risk Assessment and Management Process)
* Literacy in additional computer operating systems including Unix and Linux
* Experience with Citrix and virtual desktop/application delivery technologies
* Support experience in a dynamic automated manufacturing environment
* Vision of continuous improvement in data acquisition and automation
* Experience with High Performance Computing solutions
* Experience in supporting business strategy, proposals and new business development efforts within the DoD acquisition process
* Familiarity with networked storage, including NetApps, in a large environment
* Technical certifications
* Agile Scrum experience
* Direct working experience with DoD information systems and NIST controls
* Active DoD secret security clearance
* Understanding and appreciation for cyber-security vulnerability remediation and system hardening
