RMD has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Technology Proposal Development Center Site Services Lead that will manage mission critical Proposal Development Center (PDC) DT technology and services across multiple regional centers. The Proposal Development Centers serve as the front line for billions of dollars of new business requiring a strong candidate that can manage multiple facets of technology domains, possess superb communication skills, and clear understanding of service and escalation management.

The DT PDC Lead will own Digital Technology PDC service management and infrastructure services within the regional centers and help lead a matrixed team of classified System Administrators in the implementation and maintenance of a robust Proposal Center infrastructure.

This position works closely across multi-functional teams and will be required to effectively communicate and partner with our Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) business partners, program management, and DT System Administrators.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper execution of DT scope in accordance to performance standards; leveraging thought leadership, innovative solutions, and cost savings initiatives. The DT PDC Site Services Lead owns the roadmap and execution of the DT support within the RMD Proposal Development Centers and aligns both unclassified and classified services across the PDCs.

This position can be either a G10 (Principal Digital Technology Proposal Development Center Lead) or G11 (Sr. Principal Digital Technology Proposal Development Center Lead) based on candidates education, experience and qualifications.

This position requires an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance as of day one of employment. Except in Rare cases, only US Citizens are able to obtain US DOD Clearances.

This role will require the individual to be based in the Massachusetts area to provide on-site support, when needed. This position may require the ability and willingness to travel domestically to other Proposal Development Centers and may require extended support hours for critical proposals.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Proactively participate in the Requirements and Capabilities Proposal process by strategizing with R&C leaders, capture managers and program managers to capture high level DT requirements to support Proposal Center demand and execution.
* Partners closely with R&C to stay aligned with Proposal Schedules and maintains DT PDC infrastructure and resource readiness.
* Own and manage DT service and AOP planning for Proposal Center growth and demand.
* Triage Digital Technology issues, service disruptions and escalations that may impact Proposal Development Center deliverables.
* Accountable for setting and overseeing the execution of the DT PDC support services and alignment across regional PDC centers.
* Matrix Leadership to provide daily tasking and oversight of PDC support teams that provides the design and operation of the infrastructure development, implementation, requirements, and continuous operation of the DT PDC environment.
* Plans and schedules on-call, weekend or extended DT support required to support key proposal deliveries.
* Balances and de-conflicts competing PDC priorities utilizing project planning, team building, and risk management.
* Establishes and maintains DT PDC Annual Operating plan (AOP) in order to track Capital and Expense budgetary spend year over year and ensures alignment with the DT and R&C cost allocation model.
* Formally identifies, assesses, monitors, and mitigates DT PDC related risks and dependencies throughout the proposal lifecycle.
* Supports Program Execution System Administrators to maintain compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

* BS/BA or advanced degree in related technical field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering)
* Minimum of 8 years of overall Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Project Management experience
* Skilled in IT and/or Engineering requirements analysis, cost and schedule estimation to support R&C proposal efforts.
* Practical experience in providing cross-domain DT services to internal customers and stakeholders to include networking, desktop support, server management planning, resource planning and escalation management
* Deep technical understanding and knowledge of networking, VTC, server, and desktop technologies
* Information and IT Security knowledge of industry best practices
* Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment where you planned, organized and prioritized the work of a matrixed team
* An active Secret Clearance issued by US Dept. of Defense or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
* US Citizenship is required
