ROLE SUMMARY

Supporting the US ONC Sales Force, the Oncology Inside Sales Representative role is to increase overall product sales/revenues within assigned geographies by engaging targeted accounts and customers in partnership with aligned Oncology Sales Associates (OAS). The Oncology Inside Sales Representative will report to the Melanoma CRC Oncology Area Business Manager and closely align with the BC-BIO Area Business Manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oncology Responsibilities:
* Promote the Melanoma CRC and Biosimilar portfolios to assigned customers using virtual selling platforms 100% Virtual Role.
* Prioritize assigned target customer list to ensure accomplishment of reach and frequency goals to engage customers and achieve sales goals.
* Deliver quality leads for aligned Oncology Account Specialists in the Biosims Field Sales & MEL-CRC teams: Engage targeted key accounts / customers and source insights and/or contacts for OAS/HIS/HAS follow up as required
* Contacts to include: Physicians, Pharmacy Directors, Buyers, Admins, P&T members, product advocates & Oncology office support staff
* Secure insights regarding Biosims, Melanoma and CRC account status and opportunities (P&T meeting schedule, current contracts, Biosims experience, willingness to purchase)
* Provide GPO contract and pricing information to appropriate account contacts for Biosimilar portfolio only
* Populate Account Template and provide live updates to aligned Biosims representative, MEL-CRC representatives and /or Key Account Managers
* Expand target customer list, when needed, to help cover vacancies or Area wide tactics.
* Above Brand Responsibilities:
* Develop an organizational chart for IDN/NCI executives, quality manager, including administrative assistants housed on Microsoft Teams
* Secure speaker program RSVPs and provide follow up to providers who were invited but no RSVP
* Engage physicians to participate in a teleconference / set up VCC rep driven engagements
* Lead virtual sampling process with immediate follow up with account/customer aligned representative and follow up on recorded voucher drops
* Engage difficult to access accounts interest in hearing about brands new indication / data if yes, share interest with appropriate field-based colleague.
* Upon PIN notification of a new start, contact customer to share services that will ensure adherence, i.e., access and reimbursement information, Hub support services, Side Effect and Adverse event management
* Provide assistance in identifying vendor display opportunities such as conferences, symposiums, and other offsite meetings. This could include ONS chapter meetings, oncology society gatherings, advocacy groups, and training conferences held by IDN/NCIs.
* Create Sphere of Influence matrix for top KOLs within each district housed in Microsoft Teams. Information would include photo, educational background, oncology specialty and focus, publications and presentations, board memberships, upcoming opportunities to interact including offsite locations, etc.
* Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies
* Analyze account sales, utilization, and trends via sales reporting, Veeva for call reporting and account management, Microsoft Excel applications and SMART
* Exhibit strong business acumen through effective customer analysis, including analyzing previous customer interactions, available sales reports, and competitive sales data (e.g., sales trends, competitive landscape) to maximize effectiveness of each call, and based on that information, tailoring a unique sales approach for each office
* Operate in an internal team environment that is based on a culture of high collaboration and that encourages innovative ideas
* Understand and use approved above brand promotional materials
* Follow all approved promotional practices and Compliance procedures and policies
* Prepare for and actively participate in all required sales conferences and training classes at local and/or remote locations
* Undertake self-study and career development programs, whether through Pfizer or own initiative, and continually strives to improve knowledge, skills and capabilities
* The selected candidate will have with a can do attitude, high degree of professionalism and business acumen; ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, build relationships, credibility across the organization and quickly assume responsibility in a complex, matrix environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree required
* Goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to be in sales; have core skills of customer service orientation, initiative, planning and follow up, work management, and judgment/problem solving.
* Able to be on telephone up to 6 hours per day and speak clearly and effectively to all assigned customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous sales experience, not required, but preferred
* Call center sales experience, not required but preferred

OTHER INFORMATION

* Territory management will be primarily from a virtual office. Individuals will effectively work and demonstrate competency in the Oncology Insides Sales Representative role prior to consideration for advancement.
