We are seeking Earned Value Management Specialists at various locations around the United States.

The preferred location for this role is Baltimore, MD. Rolling Meadows IL and San Diego CA will also be considered. At the discretion of the hiring team, telecommuting or working from another Northrop Grumman office location may be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Partner with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Business Management teams (Business managers, Schedulers, Program Cost Analysts (PCAs)) to ensure program compliance with CTM F300 - OneNG Corporate Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated policies and procedures, as well as the EIA-748, Earned Value Management Systems 32 Guidelines.
* Support and lead Internal Surveillance, Compliance Reviews, Program Startup, Joint Surveillance and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
* Support maintenance of CTM F300, EVM policies and procedures and EVM training.
* Provide support in implementing Earned Value requirements.
* Other duties as required.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor rsquo;s Degree with 6+ years of related professional experience, OR a Master rsquo;s Degree with 4+ year of related professional experience.

* Knowledge and experience on program(s) with a contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement (i.e. FAR, DFARs or IC).
* Strong understanding and working knowledge of EIA-748 Guidelines, DOD EVMSIG, IPMDAR and CFSR.
* Strong understanding and working knowledge of some/all of the following EVM Suite of Tools (MPM, COBRA, wInsight, PM Compass, ACUMEN, emPower, MS Project, Open Plan, etc.).
* Knowledge and experience with DCMA EVMID and/or IC Joint Surveillance Reviews, IBRs, Internal Audit, Internal Surveillance and D amp;T Audits.
* Experience with analyzing corrective action requests (CARs) and developing/closing corrective action plans (CAPs).
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment.
* Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, planning and analytical skills.
* Ability to work and present to internal and external customers (i.e. senior leadership, functional and division organizations).
* Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge and experience with DCMA EVMID and/or IC Compliance Reviews.
* Knowledge and experience developing system description, guidance, processes, procedures, tools, templates and developing and delivering EVM training.
* Knowledge developing and delivering EVM training.
* Strong understanding and working knowledge of CCDR (FlexFiles) and EVAS.
* Knowledge and experience developing and maintaining program schedule.
* Knowledge and experience with Agile principles, tools and implementation.
* Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time.
* Current Active Clearance (Secret, TS or TS/SCI).
