The ideal Inventory Integrity & Quality Cycle Counter has attention to detail and a desire to learn with a team mentality. This individual supports assurance of high levels of accuracy, customer service and operational standards through performance of physical inventory cycle counts, recounts and other inventory adjustments.

A day in the life

* Works with limited supervision to support the inventory verification program in compliance with company policy and to ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions balances
* Performs scheduled cycle counts and recounts
* Performs inventory counts associated with process exceptions throughout the inventory flow in the building
* Supports the assessment of root cause analysis for count variances by communicating observed abnormalities in process to leadership
* Perform simple routine administrative tasks, including data entry and distribution of reports

You own this if you have

* A high school diploma or equivalent work-related experience in inventory control, quality process auditing, supply chain operations, or related discipline
* 1+ years distribution and/or fulfillment center work experience
* Demonstrated working knowledge of WMS/WES systems; such as Manhattan, DAI, High Jump and related equipment; specifically, RF Scanners and basic PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook
* Solid written and verbal skills
* Flexibility to work varying shifts as business needs arise
* Ability to operate required material handling equipment (MHE); including but not limited to walkie, order picker, reach truck, etc. (preferred where site operation requires)
