We are presently recruiting for an Associate Director. Our products are in an exciting phase, approved and studied in several tumor types globally with multiple indications being sought, including breast cancer.
The position will be based in Kenilworth, NJ, USA. This position will require project management capabilities, leadership in global product strategy, product launch & management as well as the ability to operate independently. The person in this role will collaborate with Alliance partner/s; cross functional colleagues and regions + top markets, including the following responsibilities:
* Establishing and fostering strong working relationships with alliance partner
* Support alliance forecasting process
* Support assigned territory launch planning & execution; incl. launch readiness tracking
* Contribute to brand and diagnostic strategy
* Tactical execution and agency interactions
* Competitive intelligence to inform planning assumptions, strategy & positioning
* Participate in global/regional alliance operating models
Key Capabilities:
* Demonstrated ability to work to solutions within complex organizations and markets, joint ventures and leading sub teams in support of key projects
* Successfully navigate the internal Alliance structure and external environments and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders
* Work effectively with cross-functional partners including research and development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, health economics team, Business Development and Licensing, market analytics, international and domestic operations, legal, scientific communications, professional education, training and development, alliance management, etc.
* In alignment with Director, Global Marketing Oncology provides strategic input to Alliance Partner on all aspects of assigned indications/territories
Education Requirements:
* Minimum of BA/BS
Required Skills:
* Minimum of (3) years Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Business experience
* Strong analytical forecasting skills
* Strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving, teamwork, relationship management, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
* Results oriented; Ability to operate and make decisions within situations of ambiguity
Preferred Skills:
* Prior Oncology experience (1-3 years)
* Experience in Project Management
* Experience with collaborations, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
* Experience in Early Product Commercialization or Life-cycle Management
* Product/Indication Launch experience
* 20-25% Travel, including some weekends
