Overview: Looking to exercise your strong program management skills and work closely with our worldwide retail sales teams. This is an ideal place for an enthusiastic, creative out-of-the-box strategist who wants to enable our sales teams and retail customers to win through great Intel product sales training and innovative sales incentive programs.

Group: Intel Global Consumer Sales (GCS) group is a segment sales group under Intel's CCG worldwide Sales and Marketing Group and is responsible for the sell-in and sell-through of Intel based PC products through major on-line and in store retailers worldwide. The Global Consumer Sales team manages retailer relationships across multiple worldwide regions with a presence in all major markets and cities around the world. The focus of the group is on PC sales including notebooks and desktops including many sub-categories and segments (gaming, enthusiasts, mobile go-getters, content creators, SMB...). Within GCS, the Strategy, Programs and Enablement Group (SPE) drives the sell-in, positioning, strategy and enablement Intel technologies to the retailers.

Role: The GCS sales team is responsible for the relationships with the largest retailers in the world, including: Best Buy, Dixons, Harvey Norman and MediaMarket as well as OLRs including JD.com and NewEgg. The iREP Program Manager will oversee advocacy efforts for in-store and online retail training and sales tools for the consumer segment. The candidate will own training content creation for the Intel Retail Edge Program, a worldwide training platform.

Responsibilities include overseeing production and strategic planning for course trainings, content development and site promotion.

The Team: The IREP market specialist will be surrounded by content, program, sales and process experts within the GCS SPE organization.

As a successful candidate, you must have work experience and relevant consumer segment familiarity. An ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for computing technology, an ability and strong interest to learn about and clearly communicate highly technical subjects with excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, influencing, networking and communication skills. Demonstrated abilities to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment. Strong collaboration skills are essential along with good stakeholder management and the ability to set clear program metrics with a disciplined tracking and contribution toward sales goals.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, public relations, advertising, engineering or related with minimum 2 years of work experience leading projects with program management, road-maps, strategy, budget experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience:

* Working with third party agencies with the abilities to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment.

* Stakeholder management and the ability to set clear program metrics with a disciplined tracking and contribution toward sales goals.
