Graphics & Throughput Computing Hardware Engineering (GTCHE) is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) hardware intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-a-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We work closely with partners across Intel and do not let any organizational boundaries get in the way of solving problems. We are looking for a SoC Design Engineer to join our team.

We invite you to join IAGS/GTCHE organization as a SoC FW Design Engineer, where you will use state of the art digital design tools and flows and will be responsible for various stages of SoC design. As a member of the Graphics SoC team, you will be responsible for integrating key differentiating IPs into System on Chip (SoC) designs, driving RTL and Firmware design convergence with quality, and enable key partners such as SW driver, Platform design, and Pre-Si verification teams. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to learn quickly and work effectively in a highly dynamic environment. We are looking for a strong problem solver with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Skills and Experience that will get you noticed:

You must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Or a Masters.

Your experience should be in the following;

* Embedded firmware development in C/C++/Assembly or other low level languages
* Experience with Perl or any other scripting tools

Preferred Skills and Experience that will make you stand out:

* Knowledge of CPU/GPU Architecture
