Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Injury Prevention/Ergonomics Specialist that will help develop and manage programs for injury prevention, reduction, and promotion of health at a corporate level.
* The position will work with management to determine goals, objectives, and structure of the Musculoskeletal Disorder MSD prevention process.
* The position will provide project management of new and existing programs in cooperation with ergonomic, occupational health, and safety personnel to decrease employee work from home MSD risks.
* The position will promote early intervention- developing as needed processes to address employee early reports of fatigue/discomfort as they appear and increase employee awareness
* Provide ergonomic evaluations and injury prevention strategies including individual ergonomic evaluations and departmental ergonomic training and reviews.
* Document ergonomic improvement opportunities and work with management and safety/ergonomics team to cost-justify and implement solutions.
* Evaluate MSD process components to ensure they are effective.
* Identify improvement opportunities, future strategies, and update goals accordingly.
* Analyze and evaluate ergo injury trends for Intel management to identify focus areas and strategies to prevent/lower injuries.
* Act as one of Intel's Corporate Ergonomics subject matter experts, support site technical questions, and coach/mentor Site EHS with ergonomics responsibilities.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

* The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in ergonomics in an industrial work environment. Degree must be in Safety or Ergonomics or Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Health and Safety or Kinesiology or Healthcare related field (Register Nurse, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainer Certified).

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ years of work experience related to ergonomics.
* Ergonomic related certifications - CPE, CEAS, CIE, CHSEP, Human Factors Engineering, and SPHM.
