We are currently looking for a dynamic individual as a Team Lead Maintenance Engineering for our Performance Product division located at our facility in Conroe, Texas.
What will be expected from you?
* Directs and coordinates the use of resources and all plant activities in the areas of maintenance engineering and reliability.
* Establishes and communicates the importance of requirements and expectations for maintenance engineering and reliability, evaluates performance, coaches and develops personnel reporting to the position.
* Act as contract administrator over maintenance contracts.
* Ensures the appropriate level of quality, safety and excellence systems engagement within the maintenance and reliability team.
* Ensures maintenance and quality of maintenance and reliability programs.
* Leads the development of contracts and rental agreements for work performed with the maintenance.
* Acts as a senior engineering advisor to the plant, including advising new engineers, presenting engineering viewpoint to management.
* Improving overall plant engineering practices and standards.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
* Extensive experience in instrument and electrical and inspection of maintenance function of an operations plant.
* Adhere to the site's requirements of the Environment Management System under ISO 14001, typically by maintaining compliance with the rule and procedures in the area's operation discipline.
* Must have a level of proficiency with the Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs
* SAP ERP experience.Must understand maintenance, reliability, inspection, purchasing and contract systems.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Extensive knowledge of the instrumentation, electrical systems and components, and gears.
