Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking candidates for a Billing Analyst role. This selected individual will play pivotal supporting role to the Manager of Accounting. This position is in Falls Church, VA, relocation can be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Reviews and submits customer billings
* Monitors cash collection status for government contracts
* Supports miscellaneous accounts receivable reporting and resolution of payment issues
* Coordinates canceling funds and contract closeout effort
* Supports monthly cash collection and forecasting goals
* Interfaces with internal and external customers
* Supports banking and treasury requirements
* Supports DCAA incurred costs and billing audits
* Works special projects as needed
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 39;s degree in Accounting, Finance or related with 3 years 39; of relevant experience or; Master 39;s with 1 year experience; or Associate 39;s degree with 5 years experience.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
* US citizenship with active top secret clearance with SCI
* SAP Experience
