Job Description

The AA performs the majority of his/her functions in an autonomous manner. The AA position shall report to the Chantilly office location daily, where the core hours are 9am - 3pm M-F, with flexibility for earlier start time and/or later departure time. This is expected to be a standard 1,860 hour FTE position. As the first person many visitors interact with, the AA is expected to maintain a professional decorum. The AA will support multiple senior level officers (SES, GS-15). While limited POV may be necessary, the Department is currently working to secure 1 GOV vehicle for each of our three WMA locations. The AA would have access to the GOV vehicles. The AA will report to and be supported by the Department Chief of Staff and Executive Officer.
