Gain On-the-Job Experience

GDIT's Early Talent Clearance Program allows you to enter the workforce as a cleared employee through one of threemethods.
* Directly into a program assignment based on desired work and readily available skills
* Experience different assignments in areas like service/help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. This usually starts with a term on the customer front-end (service desk enterprise operations) and then a rotation or direct assignment thereafter.
* As an uncleared employee who works in an uncleared space while your clearance processes (based on job openings)

Begin a Rewarding Career

The goal of the program is to get you to full-time employment, with a security clearance. From there you are a member of the professional workforce.Should there be a delay in security processing, GDIT will bring you on-board provisionally depending on the circumstances.

Currently accepting recent High School graduates and candidates pursuing Associate and Bachelor level Degrees. Must be willing to wait 6-12 moths for a clearance before work begins.

Various locations available, and relocation assistance may be available for applicable locations. Shift work may be required.
