The Information Assurance/Assessment & Accreditation Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining secure data & voice networks. In this role, you will assist with certification determination and accreditation decisions based on the RMF. Other A&A activities will include updating and maintaining a current representation of the information system's IA posture

The ability to work in a fast moving, challenging DoD environment is a must.

Basic Qualifications:
* Active Top Secret clearance at minimum. Interim clearances are not allowed.
* DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher)
* Computing Environment certification (Examples include but are not limited to: CEH, GIAC certs, Linux environment certs)
* Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
* 7+ years of experience in Information Assurance roles supporting DoD customers or related field
* Deep understanding and knowledge of NIST RMF documentation/frameworks and DoD STIG guides
* Experience developing and presenting Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to contract or government leadership
* Experience with developing and submitting accreditation packages in eMASS
* Experience interpreting vulnerability scans (ACAS)
* Possess flexibility to operate in a highly dynamic environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness
* Detail oriented with ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Skills/Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of network technologies/tools/principles
