Job Description

Facebook is seeking an HR Program Manager to support our Business HRBP organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a strategic, creative, data-oriented, and solutions-focused HR Program Manager. This role will be instrumental in guiding and facilitating effective execution on our strategies around Location, Remote Work, Inclusion, Onboarding and Talent Planning. Internally, they will also help us develop and implement structured frameworks and processes to enable faster and seamless execution on business and talent reorganizations and reprioritizations.

HR Program Manager, Business HRBP Organization Responsibilities

* Develop a forward looking approach that will support the Business team's community wide goals and focus areas

* Partner closely with HR Business Partners on implementing location strategy and org planning solutions for a scaling organization

* Partner with HR Business Partners to incubate and scale new programs designed to increase engagement

* Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs and to inform on program or process impact measurements

* Partner in planning team and offsite meetings as needed

* Act as project manager for major HR initiatives, integrating diversity of perspectives into design and delivery approaches

Minimum Qualifications

* 10+ years of consulting and program management experience within HR

* Project management/change management experience

* Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, teamwork and leadership experience

* Consulting, coaching and facilitation experience

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously

* Experience helping global organizations scale

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or expertise in workforce planning initiatives

* Experience helping global organizations scale

* Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

* Experience with developing and prototyping ideas

* HR Program Manager or HR Business Partner experience

* Demonstrated project management/change management experience

* Experience thinking and prototyping ideas

* BA/BS degree
