Our Infrastructure Business Operations Support (IBOS) organization brings together multiple teams to support Facebooks global Data Centers. Focused on logistics operations and planning, these teams ensure the on time and safe delivery of materials to Facebooks Data Centers, Warehouses, and Point-of-Presence (POP) Locations. Our mission is to ensure the Right Items are at the Right Place at the Right Time. As the IBOS Standardization Program Manager, you will maintain organizational standard and policy documents. Partnering with Subject Matter Experts, Field Operations Personnel, and Cross-functional Partners you will revise and publish processes, policies, standards, and training materials that enable effective operations, manage risk, and achieve business performance objectives. Using a variety of communication channels, you will communicate policy changes, promote organizational buy-in, and market interorganizational standardization. The successful candidate will focus on technical, policy, training, and standard documents that are clear, easy-to-use, readily accessible, and reliably accurate.

Standardization Program Manager Responsibilities

* Design and develop policy and standard documents that are clear, easy-to-use, readily accessible, and reliably accurate.

* Partner with subject matter experts, field operations personnel, and cross-functional partners to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.

* Analyze, design, develop and implement training that communicates organizational policy, and improves performance.

* Communicate the status of organizational standards, and training, to promote adoption and awareness.

* Evaluate documentation and training effectiveness based on usage metrics, process performance indicators, and business objectives.

* Research organizational processes, and maintain a level of knowledge that enables effective technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts and permits technical documentation that mimics user-specific language and comprehension.

Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience documenting technical and operational processes or training.

* Demonstrated experience researching operational/technical processes and effectively communicating those processes.

* Experience independently prioritizing projects and activities.

* Experience communicating using a variety of platforms (e.g., Chat, Posts, Newsletter, Video Conference).

* Proficiency with productivity software and online tools.

* Experience synthesizing process instructions when gaps in technical data, or existing processes, exist.

* Experience navigating autonomously ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field, Communications, Instructional Technology, or related fields.

* Technical Experience with Dozuki, Cornerstone (LMS), Articulate, and Adobe Suite (e.g., Illustrator, AE, Rush) products.

* Experience branding, theming, and marketing organizational policy to broad audiences.

* Experience with Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
