FB is developing Graphics solutions for AR/VR. You will own connecting our Graphics algorithms together and demonstrating end-to-end operation of our designs. You will drive integration of our IPs into ASIC systems and/or FPGA's (for rapid prototyping). If youre the sort of person who is excited by the opportunity to redefine how design and implementation of large-scale digital systems is performed, wed be excited to talk to you. As part of our growing digital design engineering team within FRL Product HW team, you will design and implement advanced Graphics pipeline architectures for our AR/VR products. The role is a blend of both ASIC design as well as FPGA design. Using your digital/RTL design skills, you will implement and optimize state-of-the-art graphics algorithms and systems. This will require close collaboration with silicon architects as you design and build custom/test IC's as well as advanced FPGA prototypes and emulators. FPGA design work will require knowledge of and familiarity with all stages of the FPGA design process including simulation, floor planning, timing closure, and in-system debugging. Knowledge of Xilinx or Altera FPGA parts, their toolchains and architectural features is required.
