Job Accountabilities
This key position is based in our manufacturing facility located in Faribault, MN. As a key member of our management team, the Manager, Production Planning will plan, organize and direct the production control and materials functions; including receiving, shipping, scheduling, and inventory control. The Manager Production Planning will also maintain continuous communication between internal customers and multiple source suppliers.
Job Requirements
* Minimum of Associates Degree in a related discipline.
* 4+ Years of production control experience.
* Experience in planning component parts from various suppliers to support plant assembly operations.
* Working experience in balancing customer service levels along with aggressive inventory reduction goals.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
