Job Description

* Lead, manage and/or coordinate special projects on behalf of the ICG Chief Risk Officer and the ICG Risk Management Teams
* Maintain tracking of diverse projects representing multiple topics with senior level stakeholders such that we appropriately connect the dots
* Budget/Expense Management
* Capture Organizational restructure strategies
* Monitor and track execution work streams
* Deep-dive of product/customer exposure
* Develop a deep understanding of ICG Risk roles and responsibilities to evaluate organizational structure and contribute well supported recommendations to create a best-in-class structure
* Assess the skills required in each phase of ongoing organizational changes, identify gaps and work with L&D teams to develop appropriate tools (i.e. Credit, Market, Soft, Technical etc.)
* Contribute to development of metrics/analytics to support key organizational initiatives and ad hoc requests
* With HR partners monitor headcount requests, approvals and in/out to ensure accurate capture of our footprint in aggregate and by team
* Record the progress of initiatives so that Accomplishments, Challenges and status can be communicated regularly and ad-hoc to stakeholders

Required Skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision
* Ability to work under tight deadlines with time-sensitive projects
* Ability to synthesized complex concepts, translate into user-friendly language and effectively communicate
* Ability to identify project goals and resources required to deliver them
* Ability to thoughtfully and succinctly convey information to a wide array of senior stakeholders.
* Proven experience in developing strong presentations with attention to detail and an ability to tailor the level of detail to intended audience
* An Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work as a team player and excel in the ability to identify and bring on partners to complete a given task
* High degree of drive, self-motivation, persistence and working business knowledge
* Proficient technological skills including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
* 6-10 years of experience in credit card risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry
