Production Associate

Job Description
The entry level associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the processing, packaging and warehouse departments to ensure efficient manufacturing. May work at different workstations as production needs require. Responsibilities include but are not limited to inspecting, sorting, counting and placing franks into slots on conveyors, packing cases, labeling, sealing palletize and wrapping cases and preparing meat for slicing. This position may also be involved in the set up, operating, monitoring and maintaining the production equipment while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of product throughout the production process.
Interested applicants must be flexible to work 1st or 3rd shift, OT as required, and Sundays. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Food manufacturing and/or mobile equipment experience a plus.
