Minimum Qualification
High School Diploma OR GED

Set-up / Start-up

Report to assigned work station and rotate through various line stations (Placement / Inspection / Turn-around / Rework as scheduled.

Placement

Manually place (<1 lb. per handful / 75 x per min) proper portions of prepared product / components (meat / vegetable / pasta) into trays as they pass on conveyor.

Orientate Product

Manually manipulate product to keep it level and properly orientated in trays.

Add-remove components to / from trays on conveyor to maintain proper product specifications as required.

Inspect / Rework

Inspect and sort rejected product, light weigh kick-offs and rework (200 fixes per person per shift) acceptable product back onto line.

Place reworked product back onto the conveyor as appropriate.

Monitor Cartons

Monitor the cartons as they exit the carton maker and orientate the cartons on the conveyor.

Remove non-conforming for rework and clear jams as required.

Clean-up

Perform general housekeeping duties, place trash in bins and maintain a safe work area.

Secure tools, equipment and machinery, and complete all required paperwork.

Minimum Qualification
High School Diploma OR GED.
