Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain Finance you will provide supply chain finance leadership for the Snacks and Foodservice Manufacturing Platforms and all related business/brand teams including other Supply Chain Finance and Brand Finance teams. You will have financial responsibility for 11 manufacturing plants and 2 bulk storage locations and a total team of approximately 24 team members. You will work directly with other Supply Chain Finance functions (other manufacturing platforms, procurement finance, transportation & warehousing finance) and with Brand Finance teams. You will have dotted line reporting responsibilities to the Snacks/Foodservice Vice President of Operations.

Position Responsibilities

* Will be an active partner with Manufacturing Leadership and the Snacks/Foodservice business brand leaders and their finance partners
* Will report to and partner with the Senior Director of the Grocery/Snacks/Foodservice platforms to partner with key business partners.
* Will be the primary contact for communicating key financial information and goals to Supply Chain leadership for the Snacks/Foodservice Manufacturing Platforms and sites and to the Snacks/Foodservice business brand leaders and their applicable finance teams.
* Will partner with supply chain finance teams, including additional manufacturing platforms, procurement finance, T&W finance to provide a comprehensive understanding of supply chain plans for the business.
* Will lead the development of the monthly/quarterly forecasts providing specific, actionable and forward-looking commentary on the various changes and guidance on potential R&O items
* Will be an active participant and will lead the supply chain financial discussions at the monthly business reviews
* Will lead the development of the annual business/strategic plan for the applicable supply chain finance areas
* Will support CPS (ConAgra Performance System-continuous improvement) teams
* Will instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist operations in controlling manufacturing costs
* Will work with operations and engineering to assist teams with capital planning, including calculating and evaluating financial payback on all capital expenditure proposals
* Will ensure the accuracy of the plants' and platforms' accounting systems, records, and strict compliance to all company policies, procedures and internal controls
* Will help support and lead, the integration of systems, processes, and reporting for facilities acquired by Conagra across the Grocery/Snacks/Foodservice platforms/plants

Position Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
* MBA and/or CPA appreciated
* 10+ years progressive finance experience
* Previous finance leadership of numerous manufacturing plants strongly preferred
* Strong and effective communication skills required
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities a must have
* SAP or large ERP experience required
* Understanding of inventory/cost accounting required
* Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance experience required
* Deep understanding of SAP and Supply Chain processes and systems preferred
* Strong project management and influence management experience/skills preferred
* Broad end-to-end Supply Chain understanding preferred
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment
* History of positive attitude, desire to learn and progressive personal development
* Strength of character; must be tough-minded and able to deal with change, and unafraid to positively challenge status quo
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
* Experience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
* Experience accurately forecasting in a given area and understanding the key drivers of that area
* Critical thinking abilities to leverage analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful financial strategies and solutions
* Experience with P&L management
* Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stage projects to their completion
* Demonstrated ability to develop teams into higher performance teams preferred
