Evaluates, administers and directs administration of physical therapy procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patients progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.
Education:
Education which allows for licensure in the state of Texas as a Physical Therapist as evidenced by licensure.
