This position supports the Director of Environmental Services in managing the Housekeeping Department workload, setting priorities, quality improvement initiatives , managing financial and personal resources, documenting performance and productivity, and providing training, coordination, and leadership. Within this framework, creating an environment that supports and encourages professional growth and development. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Courses: Courses in hospital housekeeping or institutional environmental management. Sufficient previous experience in housekeeping functions. Management Experience: 3 years Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
