Heres a little more about what youll do:

* Help clients, customers and health care providers understand our business a little better. Provide operational customer support for multiple programs within the Express Scripts clinical product portfolio, that engage patients, providers, caregivers and clients to promote better health outcomes.
* Using scripted questions, engage members to educate them about more effective ways to manage cost and to take better advantage of their prescription benefits. Processing prescription refills and renewals, forwarding to a pharmacist when appropriate.
* Make it easy for customers to work with us. Take ownership of their issues and do your best to resolve them over the phone the first time, every time.
* Access regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry. We offer extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job trainings to ensure youre successful here (and enjoy your job too!) After your paid Cigna training, utilizing your pharmacy and benefit plan knowledge, will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of member inquiries related to plan design, order status, specific account information, and other matters in accordance with company standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other established guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

What you should have:

* Must be willing to work Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required
* 1+ year call center experience preferred but not required
* Experience working in a pharmacy environment nice to have but not required
* General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Internet with the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail; Good organizational ability; Ability to work in fast-paced, production environment;
* Ability to learn about pharmacy-related fundamentals, including the correct pronunciation of drug names and general conditions for use;
* Demonstrate dependability, self-motivation and goal-orientation. Ability to positively represent ESIs vision and values when interacting with customers and members
* Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
