Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) is the industry leader and provider of real estate loan servicing in the United States, with global locations in India. CMS provides the best in class mortgage servicing for a variety of third party customers and stakeholders, including Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS), Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), US Government-Sponsored Entities (GSE), US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Interim Lenders, Specialized Warehouse Lenders, and Secondary-Market Lenders. CMS also provides loan and portfolio level asset management for SRE/Real Estate Capital markets (RECM) balance sheet loans and loan and facility level asset management for Commercial Mortgage Loan Finance (CMLF). Services include: payment and escrow processing, cash and treasury management, asset management and surveillance - loan covenants, borrower consent requests, and investor reporting and collateral administration.

This Commercial Mortgage Credit Analyst 2 will be responsible for providing support to the asset management department on a portfolio of GSE (Freddie Mac) and CME/CMBS securitized multifamily loans.
General responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Loan boarding of asset management specific triggers, loan document review, inspection review
Administering and monitoring of repair escrows by establishing contact with borrowers and the investor to ensure compliance with the Servicing Guide and Loan Documents.
Processing routine borrower real estate consents, such as Property Management Change, Insurance Waivers, and Repair extensions/modifications.
Compiling various weekly and monthly reports to Senior Management.
Administering securitization process for Freddie Mac loans and notification to various stakeholders.
Assist in rotation for team mailbox monitoring to effectively disburse emails for proper handling to internal and external parties.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: commercial mortgage, commercial real estate investment, or commercial mortgage credit analysis; or completion of the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program

* Understanding of Freddie Mac Servicing Standards
* Ability to multi-task and appropriate administration of deadlines
