Job Summary:

Enterprise Sourcing supports TWDC Sourcing & Procurement requirements, including the supporting the business Segments in developing and executing category management strategies for:

* Design and Construction
* Technology
* Marketing and Media
* Professional Services
* Television Production
* Broadcast
* Supply Chain
* General Services

The position is part of the sourcing operations team. This teams purpose is the support of the sourcing operations teams:
* Ensuring they have accurate and timely data/information to make the required sourcing recommendations and decisions
* Providing management the information to monitor and manage their respective teams
* Providing savings information to share with the respective stakeholders for inclusion in their own reporting and to communicate sourcings contributions to their and overall company operations

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and delivering training materials on department sourcing processes, methodologies and support software (Ariba):
* Coordinate training for new hires
* Review system error rates, draft related training materials, and conduct training sessions for the sourcing team
* Participate in annual review of training materials for potential updates and modifications based upon business need
* Assist sourcing team members on specific project process questions or requirements as required
* Reviewing key data sources utilized within sourcing for accuracy. This includes:
* Review of monthly spend activity for proper categorization and mapping to predetermined taxonomy and other tables, vendor parent/child relationships, etc. This requires collaborating with and soliciting feedback from key sourcing team members.
* Quarterly review of contract database for accuracy and completeness. Includes subsequent coordination of updates with respective sourcing team members
* Complete and report key performance metrics for management review
* Assist in the completion of sourcing annual project operating and five-year plans. This includes:
* Reviewing data and content for accuracy and completeness
* Following up on sourcing team inputs to address identified errors or gaps
* Providing support information on expiring contracts, key spend metrics, etc. to assist in sourcing team members planning process
* Complete tables, charts, graphs for management review as required
* Monitor department professional services expenditures and track to annual operating plan
* Complete ad hoc reporting as required. Including but not limited to:
* Spend activity for specified vendors and/or categories as required
* Contract data fields
* Project activity as required
* Complete administrative duties:
* Complete credit checks as requested as per Company policy
* Aggregate and edit monthly Sourcing newsletter for department and company distribution
* Send out vendor registration invites for Contingent Workforce Management
* Research Purchase Order status, vendor number research, etc. as required

Basic Qualifications:

* 2 years experience in a sourcing and/or finance/accounting disciplines in a business environment
* Ability to interact with and establish relationships with employees at all levels
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment
* Internal customer focus ability to identify/solicit key stakeholder needs and develop solutions to address their needs
* Must have strong organizational skills
* Ability/desire to work in diverse environment
* Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Education

Bachelors degree required in Business or other quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
