Description and Key Responsibilities:

This position within the North America Finance and Business Management team supports the strategic planning, annual budgeting, P&L management and monthly estimate deliverables for the Too Faced brand. This role is responsible for analysis on key investment areas within Selling, Advertising and Promotion that drive sales growth, investment choices and the strategic allocation of resources in addition to Gross Sales/Revenue and COGs.

Partner with Brand teams with the development of the annual budget and monthly estimates.
Participate in the development of long-range strategy, financial objectives and monitor performance vs. strategic objectives.
Work with Account Management team to plan, build and evaluate Retailer strategies and investment choices to deliver strategic objectives, improve customer profitability and manage tradeoffs between retail partners to maximize total brand profitability.
Partner with Marketing team in developing, evaluating and monitoring investment choices in Advertising and Promotion to ensure the brand investment delivers optimum return in line with brand strategy.
Partner with Marketing to evaluate the potential of new product launches and evaluate the post launch performance of new product. Ensure results and learnings are shared and incorporated into future launch investment and resource allocation decisions.
Participate in monthly brand consensus and SI&OP meetings to improve planning accuracy and reduce inventory.
Analyze cost of goods and provide recommendations for continued improvement in gross margin.
Liaise with region FP&A departments on capital, demonstration, field selling, store operations on budget management and ensuring alignment with brand strategic objectives.
Lead monthly financial meetings with brand departments.
Monitor month-end close activities in partnership with controller ensuring compliance with SOX 404 and GAAP guidelines.
Participate in North America Regional transformation and integration projects, pre and post integration.
Seek out or develop best practice and lessons learned from within the organization in order to assist brand partners in making better business decisions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of financial planning and analysis experiences, MBA/CPA preferred
Strong analytical skills required to perform value added FP&A responsibilities
Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems
Proactive individual looking continuously to take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures
Experience in a fast-moving consumer products industry preferred
Ability to work effectively both independently and in groups
