The Solutions Analyst will evolve and implement new effective strategies that drive operational workload planning efficiencies. Be the gatekeeper for the primary stores communications and task management tool, supports long-term &short-term communication strategies and oversees the successful execution. Along with assisting in developing integrated planning solutions that support the overall goals of the business. Oversee / drive execution in the usage of the communication tool, create and distribute analytics reporting that drives store/field/corporate workload planning compliance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Communicates with Store Workload Planning and Communications team to assist with opportunity within stores/districts/regions and provides coaching tools to help improve performance

* Oversee / drive execution in the usage of BPlanner (our store communication tool)

* Create and distribute analytics reporting that drives store/field/corporate workload planning execution

* Participates alongside Workload Planning Manager to educate, coach and motivate store/field leadership teams during store visits to improve understanding and execution of the program

* Responsible for System configurations; monthly maintenance include applying and testing configuration changes to the system that arise as a result of business requirements and upgrades to system

* Ability to conceptualize a project/business objective and lead collaborative or independent efforts to offer solutions

* Make recommendations and refinements to workload planning/communication standards

* Assess store workload planning needs, explore/test optimal solutions and develop an implementation plan

* Store solutions development includes on-site field observation / collaborative visits such as visiting workload planning meetings, assessing day to day challenges

* Identification of specific solutions and implementing consistent best practices.

* Effectively support workload planning standards by assessing each submission, ensuring it aligns with project communication release standards

* Assigned area of business, workload hours, project duration and execution. This includes addressing timing of store projects and impact to overall operating efficiencies

* Challenge the effectiveness of proposed tasks, including the communication methodology, supporting documentation and execution plan

* Take presented business challenges and research/present optimized solutions for future projects communication standards.

* Create store tasks/communications as required to support internal and/or cross functional business objectives as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2-4 year in related discipline with experience designing and implementing planning and communication standards, preferable

* 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the communications field, preferably Store Communications

* Retail Management experience within an Off-Price, Big Box or Specialty environment, preferably.

* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills

* Must be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

* Use of Communications tools (web and mobile applications, Reflexis)
