Role:
Were looking for an exceptional operations and talent management professional to lead and build our Talent Management Operations practice. This is a highly specialized and entrepreneurial position for someone who can transform and build our operating rigor, metrics, and scale talent management programs across Salesforce. In this role you will be responsible for revising or creating, and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization. The operations lead is responsible for building scalable tools, reporting, and leading and supporting the operations of our Talent Management programs (Talent Review, Succession, IDP, promotion, and more).
In this role you will:
* Execute our current talent processes and programs. Partnering with HRIS, Business Technology, Talent Management Consultants, Business Partners, Shared Services and our Talent Programs lead.
* Will ensure all programs and processes are running effectively and report to program owner.
* Document and lead efforts to optimize operational efficiency of our programs and how we work with our partners.
* Identify trends in program data and in customer sentiment (feedback from business or business partners) and surface these trends to program leads.
* Work alongside the Talent Management products and consulting team to evolve our internal talent program operations and reporting including programs around promotion, talent review, succession, and performance.
* Responsible for reporting: this includes tracking requests, reporting/metrics on program use, insights from data review, adhoc data requests, and tracking of overall program health.
* Identify opportunities to continue to move our service model to shared services as we scale.
About You:
* You are detail oriented and experienced in executing on program management.
* You bring a high-degree of rigor and process management.
* Have managed and executed on complicated system operations (preferably in Workday).
* Thrive on working cross-functionally, people describe you as an excellent partner and thought leader in operations.
* Can make sense of ambiguity; you can take various data sets and analyze to draw insights and suggested actions.
* You are clear, concise, and execution focused.
* Excited about the opportunity to build operations rigor from the ground up.
