Principal is going all in with AWS and is creating a newly formed Enterprise Platform Engineering team and we need a strong Product Owner to lead our team of rock star engineers! You will be instrumental in contributing to the advancement of how our community builds, delivers, integrates and measures applications. This role will work closely with the community of engineers and product teams to help contribute to and influence the adoption of AWS at Principal. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating and fostering an environment where engineers can thrive and deliver on our commitments. Here are few examples of things youu2019ll do:

* Consult with cloud engineering teams and stakeholders to understand AWS problems and DevSecOps engineering challenges and solve for those problems.n
* Address and remove obstacles standing in the way of our engineering teams. Be a thought leader when it comes to challenging the status quo and providing the best customer experience.n
* Help reduce the barrier to entry for AWS by influencing culture/process improvements.n
* Work hand in hand with key partners to break down high level business strategies and deliver innovative solutions. n
* Contribute to Principal's AWS Landing Zone to provide automated security and compliance guard rails.nn

Qualificationsn

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience andn
* 8+ years of technology related experience n
* AWS experience n
* Proven ability to drive innovation solutions nn

Additional preferred technical experience:
