The duties include the following: Read and verify information on production tickets, sales orders, shipping documents and other documentation. Assemble orders and package parts in boxes, crates, etc. for shipment. Utilize a computer to process orders to ship via courier or LTL Shipment. Utilize a computer to process orders in Oracle. Receive incoming shipments of materials. Route and move materials within the production and warehouse facilities. Prepare packing list and billsoflading, following standard procedures. Participate in HPTs as required. Ensure that the department operational and contiguous areas are maintained in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Interface with drivers and ensure company protocols are adhered to. Promote and follow the 5S system. Perform other duties as required.
Education: High School Diploma and/or GED. The minimum qualifications required include, but may not be limited to, the following: Basic math, reading, writing, communication, and computer skills required. Completing Parkers training for Forklift operation.
