* In this key role, youll have broad responsibility and leadership over the Human Resources team for the Parker Aerospace Groups Fluid Systems Division Irvine Site. This site has three business units including fuel, inerting and pneumatics with approximately 425 employees and $335M in annual sales. You will have many opportunities to demonstrate leadership by making a positive impact on your team and business partners. We are seeking talent who can demonstrate leadership skills as a strategic HR Business Leader who will be relied upon to bring results-based business acumen into play. High level of organization skills, engagement and communication are necessary to build relationships across multiple teams with the goal of further positioning HR as a strategic business partner.
Responsibilities
* Strategic business partner supporting the site Business Unit Manager and leadership team; conduct leadership and team training; provide individual coaching; provide innovative solutions and results-based approach.
* Lead HR team of 3 HR Business Partners in providing business support; develop, train and coach the team.
* Strategic leader of various HR programs across the entire division which has 4 site locations; projects include employee engagement, knowledge transfer, succession planning, leadership development, mentoring & career development, high performance teams and lean process improvements.
* Promote change and innovative HR services and processes; present change agent ideas with the ability to influence and obtain buy-in.
Qualifications
* Ten or more years of major professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and overall leadership of Human Resources teams for five or more years. Experience supporting an aerospace manufacturing environment preferred.
* Masters in HR Management or MBA with an HR Management emphasis preferred. SPHR Certification preferred. BA in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required.
* Demonstrated leadership and team building experience.
* Customer service focus; excellent employee relations, problem solving and conflict resolution experience.
* Personal integrity; exceptional communications skills; ability to build strong relationships. Additional Comments:
