In Microsoft Enterprise Commercial Manufacturing, we are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence - combining successful project management background with a willingness to complement his/her experience with executive exposure.

This role requires the ability to think at a programmatic level and be able to effectively drive processes and consistency across the business and impact business outcomes. The individual needs to be comfortable working with and engaging with the senior leaders and managing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Leadership: execute the MFG Leadership Rhythm of the Business (ROB),working with Sales Excellence, Finance and HR to coordinate business processes and management controls.u202FWork with cross-division and cross-company/team counterparts to manage team participation as needed for key business events, fiscal year planning, documenting and tracking business reviews and asks plus other strategic business planning activities.
* Communications: execute VP communications plan and vehicles (MFG Teams) that support organizational strategic missions.u202FDrive internal communications for team meetings (All Hands, All Manager meetings) and other internal communications at major milestones such as Win Wires, Hero interviews, etc.
* Executive Engagement: project management of key executive outreach and listening engines such as customer and partner meetings, EBCs, internal Roundtables, 1:1s with Top Talent and D&I events. This includes all follow-up activities such as thank you emails and tracking actions to closure with sales teams.
* Team Development: make MFG a great place to work by partnering with HR and the leadership team to shape and drive the quarterly recognition and awards, both formal programs such as Champion, Hero and Better Together plus our MFG recognition program (Door opener, Rookie, etc.).
* Special Projects: drive high-impact cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is achieving commitments. Successful project management on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple functional disciplines.

Experiences

* 5+ years experience with Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance
* Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
* Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
* Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
* History of driving operational discipline as well as innovation
* Role Location: Remote (Any US city)
