The Azure Dedicated team is looking for a driven program manager who has solid product experience and a do what it takes approach combined with a strong technical acumen to deliver on our VMware initiatives. The program manager will help to define, align and drive the plan for building a robust and ever-growing ecosystem of partners for Azure VMware Solution, from a product perspective. Product requirement definition, prioritization, validation, and negotiation will be frequent skills required for this exciting role.

* Develop plans and onboarding strategies for building a vivid ecosystem of partners for Azure VMware Solutions.
* Understand VMware and Azure products to create a robust strategy for delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
* Work in partnership with other groups in a large organization, in order to leverage internal and external capabilities to build a ever growing ecosystem of partners.
* Create and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to drive commitment to AVS.
* Define product requirements, engagement arquitecture, metrics, success criteria, and goals for partner products, in alignment with our product strategy.
* Work with sales, partner sales and technical enablement teams to support needs and efficient execution of the partner program.
* Work with leadership, customers, engineering, and specially partners to create alignment on roadmap and individual projects/workstreams.
* Drive and deliver decisive actions, clarity, good risk assessment, and regular, concise, clear and compelling updates to stakeholders.
* Make sure we are following strong compliance and security requirements in all offerings, partner engagements and products, adhering to Microsoft security & compliance standards.
* Mentor, train and/or guide stakeholders, partners, and product team members. Guides partners to build a solutions portfolio of products and services aligned with AVS product opportunities.
* Create base for training programs and collateral material, provide guidance and hands-on action on on schedules, content and needs for knowledge transfer for all external technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
* 7+ years of relevant experience in program, partner or product management
* Knowledge and experience designing/developing/utilizing solutions using VMWare's Core Cloud
* Infrastructure components (vSphere, SRM, vSAN, NSX) is a must.
* Strong core platform architecture concepts including hardware platform, hypervisor, Networking, security, data protection, high availability, monitoring & alerting, patching etc, preferably on Azure.
* Demonstrated capability of creating innovative solutions and product opportunities.
* Proven record of problem solving in matrix structures, being able to break down complex problems in actionable components, supervising and bringing clarity to execution.
* Experience building relationships and navigating large organizations and external partners, understanding complex relationships.
* Experience with Azure Hosting or Infrastructure background and public cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
* BS or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or technology-focused discipline or equivalent experience
* Exceptional presentation, influencing and communication skills.
* Experience with direct partner management.
* VCDX-DCV/CMA certification is preferred but not required
* PMI, CSM, CSPO or similar desired
* VCP-NV or similar desired.
