Description of Role
Responsible for communicating and coordinating the implementation of, and revisions to, End-User Computing Standards and related governance, in particular for Intelligent Solutions, User Tools, and Intelligent Automation. This includes communication and coordination with business and technology stakeholders to support the execution of any implementation plans or activities required by formal governance and/or associated project plans. This role will be part of the Firmwide Data Management (FDM) organization and will interface heavily with technology, control, business, and CDO Partners. This role will also have a dotted-line to IT Organizational Management.
Key responsibilities:
Lead coordination and communication of End-User Computing Standards (e.g., Intelligent Solutions, User Tools, and Intelligent Automation) across the firm (particularly the Intelligent Solution Standard) including:
o Coordination of training, education, and communication to facilitate implementation
o Leading engagement with business, technology, CDOs, and controls
o Identification and transition to BAU operating model (including consideration of inventory requirements & tools and related governance)
Serve as Program Lead for technology in the business
o Run the Steering Committee
o Own the roadmap and plan
o Coordinate with major initiative owners for execution
o Lead engagement with customers, stakeholder, and interested parties
Rationalization of suite of standards and integration with technology standards
Shape information in an easy to convey manner for senior management
Support Lines of Business & Corporate Functions, Governance Forums, and Senior Management requests for reporting / progress
Communicate performance throughout the organization
As needed, support broader FDM Standard/governance drafting, publication, and implementation
Qualifications
Project and End-User Computing Standard Qualifications:
Ability to effectively develop and lead projects / experience in project management
Experience working in an agile / scrum development environment
Experience with writing guidance documents and/or procedures to be used by a wide range of users
Experience in Database technologies (SQL, etc.)
Knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Experience in Data Quality
Proficient with project management tools and personal computing skills; including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
