Job Description:

Join the Paul Hartman American Family Insurance Agency team in Neenah, WI!

Sales representative candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* At least 6 months of sales experience is preferred

* Property & Casualty insurance licensing is required prior to starting employment (Reimbursement offered)

* Life insurance licensing is required within 30 days of employment (Reimbursement offered)

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive base pay

* Commissions and/or bonuses (Uncapped - Great income potential based on sales!)

* Health/Dental/Vision Insurance is not a part of the benefits plan

* Paid time off

* Retirement plan available

* Great business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. A more flexible schedule can be arranged with Paul after training period!)

* Work/Life Balance (Flexibility to work from home a few days per week can be arranged with Paul after training period!)
