Job Description
The Integrated Product Marketing Senior Manager leads the strategy, planning, creative integration and execution of complex and/or large-scale marketing programs that drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate. The Senior Manager influences marketing plans at a senior leadership and senior business partner level, and demonstrates flexibility to develop plans and lead through uncertainty and change. This position requires analyzing business data, trends and research/measurement inputs and translating them into marketing recommendations. The Senior Manager serves as a subject matter expert for the business(es) he/she leads, and effectively communicates across teams and departments and directs cross-functional teams and staff. This role will work to integrate marketing plans across multiple COEs (Research, Media, Brand, CR and Social) and AORs (Product, Agency Distribution, Claims, and Brand Operations), while also effectively manages a team and prioritizes their workload to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Provide direction for the strategy, planning, creative integration and implementation of integrated marketing plans to support various programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to marketing leadership and business partners.
* Influence and contribute to strategic direction of senior leadership through formal and informal communication
* Demonstrate expertise for development and implementation of complex integrated marketing communication programs, including analyzing research/data inputs, developing marketing strategy and marketing communication plan, and determining and allocating resources required. Lead and oversee all elements through completion, measurement and post program analysis.
* Provide work direction and business context to ensure employees understand the link between their work and company goals and strategies
* Ensure effective use of company resources to drive intended business outcomes; manage program budgets as necessary
* Develop presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations; present work internally to marketing leadership and other business partners; be accountable for program plans and results
* Integrate across marketing teams/COEs and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners
* Direct, influence, negotiate and persuade team members to support business goals and initiatives
* Initiate new innovations/ideas/processes and manage actions
* Achieve results by creating a high-performance environment; manage, develop and direct staff
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; May also have advanced degree
* 10 or more years of related experience

Compensation Data
The minimum salary for this position is $110,600. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
