Team Info:

The EMEA Technical Consulting team consists of 35 people, located in 4 different countries, and 11 different nationalities, speaking 14+ languages with diverse background and experience. Our team members come from consulting, technical support, accounting, education, HR, but are connected by the love for information technology. In the last 5 years we grew from a team of 5 to the current number. The core of our team in EMEA is based in Prague, CZ with colleagues in France, UK and Germany. We work in a friendly, non-formal environment with various non work-related activities and social events. Laser Tag, DIY Workshops, Bowling, BBQ, Dinner in the Dark, Escape Rooms, volunteer work for non-profits are just a few examples.

For this Technical Consulting Manager role, were looking for a people manager thatll look after & lead two parts of the team:

* Technical Consultants working with our customers from the French market.

* Technical Consultants working on fast-track (transactional) technical consulting projects & activities.

And, what is the role of our Technical Consultants - members of the team?

* They work with assigned customers and partners on different projects throughout the 2 to 5 months implementation period.

* It includes helping colleagues and consulting customers on integrating SAP Concur with their SAP or non-SAP systems.

* They are SAP Concur experts, who share their technical knowledge with the customers and present to them the technical aspects of the SAP Concur implementation.

* They perform the technical setup of SAP Concur systems.

* They advise customers on our integration best practices, and they assist in troubleshooting during the implementation.

This position includes all of the above. It blends people management, technical/integration part of service delivery and consulting. As a Technical Consulting Manager, you will work with your team members, with your colleagues & stakeholders, with customers and partners on different projects, initiatives & tasks.

Role: What will you do?

* You will lead a team of Technical Consultants who work with customers from the entire EMEA Region

* You will work with our customers & teams, contributing to success of SAP Concur service delivery

* You will be influencing & championing the future vision & roadmap of our Technical Consulting team

* You will partially focus on our French customers, market & teams

* You will support your team members in their technical & personal development

* You will collaborate closely with your peers, stakeholders & with other internal teams

Requirements:

* Significant experience in a relevant field (e. g. services, technical/integration consulting, implementation, technical/integration support ...)

* Previous experience leading teams desired

* English & French language fluency required

* Preferred but not necessary: Knowledge of SAP (any of the following modules/products: PI/PO, FI, CO, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, S4Hana ) and/or good knowledge of other ERP/cloud-based system

* Familiarity with financial, HR and payroll systems is a plus

* Ability to pass a background check.
