Job Description

Project/Program Management - IC1 Provides support for activities associated with project planning and management in straightforward projects using established procedures to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. Ensures project management methodologies and tools are incorporated into the tools and techniques routinely used for project management. Follows established guidelines for adapting standards based on project requirements. Facilitates adoption of appropriate project management tools and techniques to ensure integrity of project data. Assists in creating and maintaining resource pool information to facilitate assignment of resources within corporate project management tool(s). Assists in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project. Takes meeting minutes and distributes to project team. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 0-3 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills required.
