We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to help us highlight all the reasons Alcoa is an outstanding place to work. As part of our revamp of our talent acquisition strategy and activities you are a professional who will bring to life a market outreach program through multiple channels by strategically and operationally partnering with our recruiters, corporate communications team, the business and our third parties and vendors. Youll do this by crafting engaging content, setting a social media strategy and building a tried governance infrastructure around recruitment marketing.
Our Recruitment Marketing Managers responsibilities will include building great relationships with online and offline communities to promote Alcoa and open roles, but more broadly Alcoa as an employer of choice. As such, bringing to the forefront aspects of diversity, inclusion, sustainability, innovation and impact will form key aspects of bringing this organization to our candidate base. Ultimately, you will help us attract top talent.
Responsibilities
Redesign our career pages to be more reflective of a strong employer brand with a focus on bringing Alcoa to life through telling our peoples stories, communicating our values and articulating our opportunities
Develop content showcasing work at our sites and in our corporate environment (for example, testimonials, videos and infographics)
Engage with market directly and through external parties to help drive inclusion and diversity initiatives
Promote and illustrate the top reasons why employees stay with our company to attract potential candidates our employee value proposition
Map talent marketing/outreach opportunities within our key geographies and within regions/countries that we do not operate in but where talent resides
Partner with our business, recruiting teams, sourcing specialists and external partners to deliver on all aspects of outreach to the market per our goals and objectives (including but not limited to our referral programs, alumni, source analysis and more).
