Description
The Mac driver development team is looking for a software developer with experience in 3D graphics and driver development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for squeezing the best possible performance out of the GPU, and wont be afraid to get down into the low level details of the GPU architecture in order to do it . As part of the team, a successful candidate will develop and tune newer and existing graphics driver features to take advantage of hardware capabilities. Responsibilities will include: Analyze and understand software interfaces for hardware specifications and provide active feedback for potential HW optimizations Architect and develop driver mechanisms to take advantage of new features, collaborating cross-functionally with Frameworks, OS and HW teams Assist in debugging and optimization of the new macOS features and workloads which involves learning macOS software stack in different components
