Provides centralized development, management and ongoing continuous improvement of S&OP strategies, processes, metrics, systems, organizational capability and structure, across all KCC businesses globally. This position will lead development of insights to drive thought leadership and direction to ensure a superior capability in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), enabling our business management method to improve predictability of process outcomes to drive results across all business units and global markets. The position will primarily focus on the improvement of the integration and quality of the portfolio, demand, supply & financial streams of the planning and executional processes to ensure each are receiving the best inputs, making the best transformations and passing on the highest quality outputs to drive results across the operation. The incumbent will work with senior leaders from Business Leadership, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure understanding & compliance with the S&OP strategies. This leader will facilitate and support the development and implementation of S&OP capabilities and related sub-processes at the country & region levels. In coordination with S&OP leaders in business units & countries, drive S&OP assessments globally and provide ongoing direction on continuously improving performance. Position will lead and support implementation of S&OP framework and supporting systems. Follow on positions for the incumbent are envisioned to provide broader experiences in the operations or within the global team.
Business Priorities:
* Develop, implement and maintain S&OP processes, standards, metrics & systems solutions that deliver to the businesses accurate and timely scenarios & plans, enabling successful execution of business objectives.
* Lead a disciplined business management process to monitor sustainability.
* Facilitates the understanding, implementation and sustainment of the S&OP/E.
* Supports implementation & validation of the planning processes & S&OP Cycle at both the country and region levels of all BUs globally ensuring both the technical and organizational capabilities & support are in place.
* Lead and support components of tool and/or process implementation across the project lifecycle.
Role Accountabilities:
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise to evaluate and provide advice, counsel and services, as requested, on S&OP, technology, data, processes, organization and metrics, to the global KC community.
* Lead the development, implementation and growth of sustainability and capability development initiatives to support and sustain a growing global S&OP family of practitioners.
* Lead the deployment and measurement of Global S&OP process maturity and consistency.
* Support the development and implementation of global & regional capabilities for Product Portfolio Health, Revenue Growth & other S&OP sub-processes as needed.
* Develop, implement, monitor and derive insights on S&OP metrics which drive integrated business performance across all functions Ensure metrics tied to performance of each function and drives common objectives across the functions.
* Support the implementation of S&OP tools and data in support of the local and regional demand & supply management teams and IT which meet the needs of each business unit while ensuring continuity, excellence in service, and sustainability.
* Ensure the demand, portfolio & supply management solutions fit well within the S&OP Cycle and are driving operational improvements across all functions.
* Establish and manage relationships with global S&OP, demand, portfolio health & supply management experts in the field to provide insights into KCC capabilities and ensure KCC taking advantage of available non-KCC field knowledge and systems capabilities.

* Document business requirement specifications, studying process documentation and tool or system capabilities.
* Provide testing and validation of processes and/or tool improvements.
* Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
Reporting & Analytics:
* Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
* Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
* Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
* Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
Framework Standardization:
* Document, revise or build process standard documentation for global Sales & Operations Planning framework.
* Understand operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
* Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
* Maintain content library, tracking and managing change requests in SharePoint format.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in a business, supply chain, science, engineering or related discipline.
* 7-10 years experience in end-to-end business planning (S&OP) with Subject Matter Expertise in Supply Chain, Financial, Marketing and/or Sales processes with demonstrated track record of achievement and growth.
* Analytical Tool Expertise: Qualtrics, Tableau, PowerBI, MS Excel, Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred.
* Microsoft SharePoint administration & management experience desired.
* Strong business acumen with CPG experience & planning expertise preferred.
* Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
* Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
* Ability to work independently and with others
* Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
* Strong experience developing working relationships with business teams and business support functions in a large matrix organization in delivering timely, accurate and feasible S&OP solutions preferred.
* Technical knowledge of S&OP management solutions (technologies, tools and data) a plus.
* Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex issues and identifying transformational opportunities.
* Able to manage with ambiguity and autonomy.
* Experience within Demand and Supply Planning for the Supply Chain, Procurement, SC execution, and or business support team roles.
* Must have strategic thinking, collaboration and change management capabilities, as well as thought leadership for the business and broader enterprise functions.
* Ability to travel globally (future) up to 20%.
